Brown ground sausage, drain and set aside to cool. Cook bacon until tender crisp, drain
and set aside to cool. Once cool, break into small pieces and set aside. Cut the ham
slices into cubes and set aside.
Form 1 pie shell to each pie plate. Stab the shell with a fork on the bottom and sides.
Layer the frozen hash browns approximately 1 inch thick in each pie plate. Sprinkle 1/2 of
sausage over hash browns in each pie plate. Next sprinkle 1/2 of cubed ham, and then 1/2
of bacon pieces to each pie plate.
Add 2 cups of grated cheese (mixed cheeses best) over top of meat on each pie plate.
Spread cheese over plate evenly. Crack 6 eggs and mix yellow and white together gently.
Add 1/2 cup milk and salt and pepper. Mix together and then pour over one pie shell. Then
repeat with next 6 eggs and pour mixture over second pie plate. Press down on top of pie
mixture lightly to settle contents well.
Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick stuck into
middle of pie mixture comes out clean. Once done pull out of oven and let sit for 15
minutes before serving. Serve with fresh fruit.
