OVEN STEW

 

1 can consommé1 lb. or 1 1/2 lb. boneless stew meat
2 c. tomato juiceCarrots, potatoes, celery, salt

 

Brown stew meat and add other ingredients.  Cook in oven at 275 degrees F for 3-4 hours.
