HAM-VEGETABLE CHOWDER

 

1 medium potato 2 (10 ounce) cans of cream of celery soup
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth3 cups finely diced ham
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chills
2 carrots, sliced1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon white pepper1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets

 

    CUT POTATO INTO 1-INCH PIECES.

    COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BROCCOLI FLORETS IN LARGE SOUP POT.

    COVER AND COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 45 MINUTES.

    ADD BROCCOLI TO SOUP POT AND COOK ANOTHER 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
