Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all seasons and rub over roast.
Place roast on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Roast for 11/4 to 11/2 hours, or
until internal temperature is 155 degrees F.
Remove from oven. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Temperature
will rise to 160 degrees F. Slice roast; transfer to serving platter.
