2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1/2 to 4-lb) chicken breasts cut into small pieces | 2
cups half and half milk or 1 pkg. heavy cream | 1
pkg. of fettuccini noodles | 1-8
ounce pkg. cream cheese |
1-8 ounce pkg. of Italian Cheeses | |
Place
chicken pieces, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic salt and pepper in a medium sized
skillet and cook on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked. Set aside.
In
a deep skillet or pot add cream cheese and half and half (or heavy cream).
Place
on stove on medium low heat and melt mixture, stirring constantly to keep smooth.
Add
the package of Italian cheeses.
Continue
to stir until melted completely.
Add
the chicken to the cheese mixture and mix well.
Remove
from the heat.
Serve
over cooked fettuccini noodles.
