| 1 medium head cauliflower broken in to florets. about 7 cups. | 1&1/2 teaspoon salt, divided |
1 cup half & half cream | 1/2 cup melted butter spread evenly. minced parsley optional. |
| Place cauliflower in sauce pan | Add 1 inch of water in sauce pan |
| 1 tsp. salt |
Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 6 or 7 min or until crisp and tender; drain spray pam on the bottom and sides of a 2 qt baking dish; sprinkle bread crumbs. Add cauliflower. Pour cream over the top Dot with butter; sprinkle reaming with salt and crumbs. bake uncover at 350% for 25 to 30 minutes, or until satisfied it's done optionally.
