Ecclesiastes 7:9
"Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools."

We, as a people, tend to react to or respond to the things that happen around us.  We should instead act rather than react.  The most important thing we can learn in the LORD is take our time in making important decisions.  When we make a decision on the spur of the moment and in the rashness of a situation (usually in reaction to something), we usually end up regretting that decision.

On the other hand, when we take the time to consider what the
LORD may want us to do, pray about it, and wait patiently for an answer, we will find we are in the middle of GOD'S perfect plan for our life.  GOD does not have a time crunch.  We think we do, however, we do not.  Hasty or rash decisions hurt us.  That is because we make them with an agitated spirit.  When we take the time needed to make a decision and act upon it we will find enjoyment in our daily life and work.

Open your heart with me today and ask GOD to help us have a patient spirit.
