"For we are His workmanship, created in CHRIST JESUS for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

    On television there is a channel that is devoted to showing people how to renovate their homes so that they might be updated, freshened, or more comfortable and convenient to work in. Many channels have a show that will show a person or a group of people who will buy a home that is in need of repair or updating just to do so.  This person or group of persons will then resell the home at a much higher price, once the home has been updated, to make money to live on.  Essentially this home has increased in value.  The rooms that have been worked on become brand new rooms.  When you see the before picture of the home and compare it to the after picture it seems like a brand new home!

    When we come to CHRIST, we are like that home.  We are in need of repair or renovation. GOD takes our life and remakes it and reshapes it.  You could say that He changes our nature and enables us to produce good works in our lives.  He has a divine design in mind for us and He begins to manufacture that design in our life through our redemption in CHRIST!  Before we are saved there is no clear direction or purpose in our life.  Once we are saved it becomes clear to us and those around us that we are becoming a work of art, fashioned by GOD'S hands.

    Hurrah, that GOD does not leave us in the same condition as we are when we were first saved!
