Hebrews 10:32-36
“Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering.  Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult or persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated.  You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions.  So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.  You need to persevere so that when you have the will of GOD, you will receive what he has promised.”

    Many are wounded soldiers of the LIVING GOD.  You have had your heart pierced to the core and have not yet recovered.  It is important to find healing to your broken or wounded heart so that you may move on with the LORD.  Remember when you were first saved?  For most, it was the most exciting time in their walk with GOD.  Your prayers were answered immediately, and you saw the LORD do great miracles in the midst of your trials and troubles.

    However, just like children you are required to grow up and become an adult in the LORD.  You must walk in faith, trust and persevere as things become a little bit harder.  Sometimes, it feels more like you are in an impossible situation.  You must learn to “pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness” (1 Timothy 6:11b).  But how can you do this if your heart is wounded?  By simply asking GOD to heal your broken or wounded heart.

Why not pray a prayer like this at this time - 

    Once you ask HIM for healing, the next step is forward towards the LORD, pressing on to receive the Promises guaranteed in HIS Word just for you.  The will of GOD is that you be healed inwardly so that you might be an outward blessing to those around you.  Once you are living with a healed heart, the enemy's plan to oppress you has been destroyed and you have become a witness tool to help others through their difficult circumstances.

    Today open your heart to GOD and let HIM heal your heart.
