1 Kings 17:1(b)
"As the LORD GOD of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word."

    Each of us have found ourselves in a dry time at one point or another in our walk with the LORD.  However, when dry times come we have the promise of GOD that He will help us through them.  As seen in 1 Kings 17:2-3, "Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan.  And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there."

    If we were an unsaved sinner, we would find ourselves at the mercy of the world around us. However, as a sinner who is saved by grace, we have our CREATOR to walk beside us, and yes, even sometimes carry us.  The LORD will help us through those dry times in our life.

    Elijah was provided for by the brook and ravens.  When the brook ran dry, Elijah was then led by GOD to a Widow where the oil and flour never ran out.  These are miraculous provisions. GOD is still doing such miracles today, each and everyday!  Do you need a miraculous provision, His well is full, not empty.

    Why not present yourself before Him right now, lay your request for provision before Him. This is the day, the time and place for a personal miracle.  Open your heart to GOD and allow Him to gladly provide for you out of His unequaled love for you with no strings attached!
