Ezekiel 36:26
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you;
I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”

    These words were given to GOD'S chosen people thousands of years ago, and yet they have divine meaning to us today!  Do you feel as though you have a heart of stone?  Have you had so much pain, disappointment, or unhappiness in your life that you are afraid to or simply cannot feel anything at all?  GOD wants to give you a new heart.  A heart of stone is hardened, incapable of feeling anything, and inflicts damage on others.  That seems so harsh, but if your heart is anything like a stone than you need GOD'S help now!

    A heart of flesh is soft, pliable, and yielding to GOD.  A heart of stone is immovable, unable to yield to GOD, because of the hardness of its character.  There is a point in everyone's life that the negative aspects of living in this world can damage their hearts deeply.

    Now is the time to ask GOD to give you a new heart.  When HE gives you this soft, yielding heart of flesh, HE promises a new spirit to go with that new heart.  The desire to have more of GOD comes with this new spirit.

    How can I say this?  Because like you, I have experienced things that brought me the point of crying out to GOD to give me a heart of flesh, a new heart and a new spirit.  I, too, had to open my heart to GOD and let HIM heal my broken heart.  I found that GOD is always there for us, that HE is true to HIS Word and that HIS Promises are for all of us regardless of our past.

    You, too, can open your heart to GOD right now and let HIM give you a heart of flesh.  Test HIM and see that HIS Word is true.
